Serving as role models and mentors for current students, offering support through guest lectures, training sessions, and career guidance, assist with job placements and internship networking, and participate in campus development and fundraising. Over the years, it has produced a lot of trained and qualified nurses who are serving in diverse healthcare settings across Sierra Leone and beyond. The nursing program aims to contribute significantly to the country’s healthcare workforce by producing well-trained, reliable, and service-oriented professionals.
